How do I use FaceSwapp.ai?
Simply start a chat with the bot on Telegram and follow the instructions, send a photo as the source and a photo or video as the target and the bot will handle the rest. Your face-swapped result will be ready in seconds!
What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed through Telegram Stars. Each Swap has a fixed price of 20 Telegram Stars (~USD 0.51 / ~EUR 0.46). You can purchase Telegram Stars directly with the FaceSwapp bot or externally via third party providers such as Fragment.
How long does processing take?
Most face swaps are completed within 30-50 seconds. During peak hours, it might take up to 2 minutes, but we're constantly optimizing for speed.
What formats are supported?
We support JPG, PNG, and WebP formats for images and MP4 and WebM for videos. For best results, use high-quality images with clear faces and good lighting.
Do you store my images?
Absolutely not. Your images are processed immediately and permanently deleted from our servers once the result is delivered to you. We take your privacy seriously[6][9][15].
Can I use this for commercial purposes?
Yes! You can use the results for personal and commercial projects. However, ensure you have proper rights to the images you're using.
What about mature content?
Any kind of content for artistic and creative purposes is supported. However, we maintain strict guidelines against harmful or illegal content. All processing is done respectfully and securely[7].
My swap doesn't look right. What can I do?
Try using higher quality images with better lighting and clearer faces. If you're still not satisfied, contact me directly - I personally review feedback and will continuously improve the platform. Refunds for quality and/or technical issues are accepted.
